The Psychedelic Women Network Mentorship Program brings together professionals at different stages of their careers to encourage knowledge-sharing, professional growth, and meaningful connections across the psychedelic ecosystem.
From scientific research and clinical practice to education, policy, and innovation, we believe that mentorship can help women navigate professional challenges, exchange perspectives, and find opportunities to contribute to this evolving field.

70+ mentors and mentees brought together through our inaugural pilot.
Our first mentorship cohort brought together more than 70 mentors and mentees from across the psychedelic field.
What began as an initiative to connect experienced professionals with those seeking guidance has given us a foundation on which to develop the program further.
The pilot was our first step. We are now building on that experience as we prepare the next cohort.

The psychedelic field brings together people from many professional backgrounds, often working across disciplines, institutions, and countries.
Finding the right professional guidance, building meaningful connections, and navigating opportunities in such a diverse environment can be challenging.
Through mentorship, PWN aims to create space for the exchange of experience, constructive dialogue, and professional relationships that support women's participation and leadership in psychedelic science, therapy, research, policy, and business.
We see mentorship not simply as advice from one professional to another, but as an opportunity for mutual learning and stronger connections within the wider community.

Following our inaugural pilot, we are developing an expanded mentorship program planned for 2027.
Our intention is to build on the relationships and experience of the first cohort while developing a more structured and sustainable program that can support professional growth and collaboration over time.
